Social & Community Manager

We are looking for a brilliant and determined figure to introduce in team. The figure will have to, by working from home, take care of the brand communication in all web environments regarding the agency. The community manager do his job mainly by establishing and maintaining a dialogue between the agency and its public, making a positive brand communication.


Autonomous management of social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube) by using platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite and/or others

Elaboration, management and update of the editorial plan

Invent Engagement and Acquisition strategies on social channels

Periodical reports on main performance indicators of different channels

Invent creative/original graphic contents, either photographics or videos, to continuously innovate the social media presence, supplemented by Photoshop, Canva or similar video editing software with creative team support

Gestione delle interazioni online ed ascolto continuo della community e dei clienti in collaborazione con il reparto customer care

Coordination on weekly events (Webinars, Interviews, Lives) dedicated to Community

Use of Email Marketing softwares like Sendinblue and/or others for sending newsletters and DEM

Redacting blog's articles in SEO-wise

Knowledge in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing

Excellent knowledge on main social platforms and specific softwares for contents planning

Knowledge of digital Storytelling and knowledge of Web Copywrighting

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), and main CMS(Wordpress)

Knowledge of main platforms for Digital Events, Lives, Webinars

Knowledge of mainSoftwares for contents creation like Canva

Excellent communication skills
