      Can i change my plan later?

      Sure, you can change your plan at any moment in complete autonomy. In your BusinessinCloud Dashboard, go to Settings>Subscription and you will be able to proceed with the request.

      What happen if i want to delete my account?

      No problem, there's no contracts or long term agreements. If the platform does not suit you, you can cancel your dashboar at any moment without any need of explanations, you can do by going to Settings>Subscription

      Can i use my own domain?

      Yes, you can. If you don't have a domain we will supply one for free on our platform www.businessincloud.co (for example: yourdomain.businessincloud.co)

      Do i need an external web hosting service?

      No. All plans include a safe and unlimited space for your digital contents (up to 100GB on Amazon). We use Amazon Web Service as storage service, one of the best and safer hosting services.

      What is the commission on sales?

      Each sale made on BusinessinCloud includes three commission components:
      Fixed Service Fee of €0.25 for every transaction processed using your payment systems
      Transaction Fee, a percentage of the total sale amount (excluding VAT), varies based on your active plan:
      Premium: 1%
      Advanced: 2%
      Pro: 3%
      Basic: 4%
      Startup: 5%
      Commissions are automatically applied to each transaction and can be viewed in detail in your dashboard.

      No, you can start using BusinessinCloud and sell your infoproducts even without a VAT number.
